Republican Freeholders, led by Director Harry Larrison, Jr. plan to force a rail plan on unwilling residents of western Monmouth. Despite the fact that residents submitted a petition with 300 signatures opposing this rail plan, Harry Larrison, Jr. and his Republican colleagues will support it.
