A fraud has been committed against the citizens of the United States. The Commission on Presidential Debates continues to exclude third-party involvement in the political process. They have chosen to censor candidates who do not have a 15 per cent support rating across an average of several polls.

Why has a bipartisan committee been appointed to make the rules in a multipartisan political process? Paul Kirk, former chairman of the Democratic National Committee, and Frank Fahrenkopf, former chairman of the Republican National Committee, co-chair this commission.

The appointment and recognition of this commission is a hoax. Setting a standard of a 15 per cent support rating for a candidate to be involved in the political process is a travesty of our political system.
